Valentine Chineto Ozigbo, philanthropist, 2021 Anambra State Gubernatorial candidate, and founder of the VCO Foundation, has issued a statement praising the Coalition for the Protection of Democracy (COPDEM) and other Obidient support groups for their outstanding commitment to active citizenship and democratic engagement.
In his statement, Ozigbo expressed deep admiration for COPDEM, the “Big Six” support groups (Peter Obi Support Network, Women for Peter Obi, Nigeria Needs Peter Obi, Like Minds for Peter Obi, Take Back Naija, and UpNorth Ambassadors), and numerous other organizations working to strengthen Nigeria’s democratic foundations.
“These groups embody the spirit of active citizenship that is crucial for our nation’s growth and development,” Ozigbo stated. “They remind us that democracy requires constant participation and vigilance from all citizens.”
Ozigbo specifically commended Ifeanyi Nrialike for his recent appearance on AriseTV, praising his articulate presentation and ability to communicate a vision for a better Nigeria to a wide audience.
