DONATUS EZEANI AND ANOR., FOR UMUNRI NENI INSTITUTED BY THE ORAUKWU TOWN UNION AT OGIDI HIGH COURT) TAKE NOTICE that the land Situated along Neni/Oraukwu boundary with UMUNRI, part of the land in dispute in the above suit between His Royal Majesty, Barr. (Dr.) Emeka Onuorah (Igwe Chinyereze II of Oraukwu) & 3 Ors. V. Donatus Ezeani and Anor., is a community land and property belonging to Umunri Village, Neni in Anaocha Local Government Area Anambra State as being contested in court.
TAKE NOTICE that any purported sale, lease, allotment, buying, letting, charging, subversion, construction upon or dealings in connection with the said property and parcels of land in any manner HOWSOEVER without the ANY ENABLING ORDER OF ANAMBRA STATE HIGH COURT is Contemptuous, unlawful, illegal, fraudulent and further amount to trespass.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any person or persons interfering with the said property/ parcels of land as aforesaid stand to lose his/her/ their money as the Umunri Village, Neni will neither recognize, or honour agreements, contracts or arrangements entered into with persons purporting to have authority to transact in the property and or parcels of land, whether in the manner described above or in any other manner whatsoever, nor will it reimburse any monies paid in respect of such transactions Should the case end in favour of Umunri people.
