. . . Bags Excellent Professional Leadership Award

The Director of Fides Media Limited, Fr. Martin Anusi has charged the Executive Members of Rotaract Club, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, District 9142, Nigeria, on what he described as a change of narrative for a better future. Fr. Anusi made this known when the newly elected executive members of the Rotaract Club paid him a courtesy visit at Fidesplex, Okpuno.
Addressing the team led by the Club’s President, Rotaractor Solomon Okwudili Nwojiji, Fr. Anusi urged them to start contending against all forms of social misconducts prevalent in society today, especially the issue of lateness to scheduled events. He advised them to always be time conscious in all of their events, not only in the club but in all areas of endeavour.
“Our people have a very poor habit of being late to events and it is eating deeply into the lives of the younger generations. Let the change begin with you. Fight it in your club. Fight it wherever you find yourself”, Fr. Anusi said.
Speaking further, Fr. Anusi encouraged the team never to live on excuses, but, always strive to find solutions to life’s challenges no matter how tough the situation might seem.
“Personally, I don’t accept excuses, my staff will tell you that. I only demand for solutions. Excuses have never made anyone a great achiever. So in your daily lives, find solutions not excuses”, he advised.
Responding, Rotaractor Solomon Nwojiji appreciated Fr. Martin Anusi for his fatherly advice, noting that he had always been a source of inspiration, not only to the club, but to many young people across the world.
For his selfless service to humanity through professional leadership, the Executive Team on behalf of Rotaract Club, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, District 9142, Nigeria, gave an Excellent Professional Leadership Award to Fr. Martin Anusi and urged him to continue to be a shining example to the youths.
