The Rt. Rev. Alkali Titus, Bishop of Wusasa, has encouraged members of the Diocese to register for and attend the 2025 Divine Commonwealth Conference (DIVCCON), held annually in Abuja.
He made this call while inaugurating the 2025 Synod Planning Committee of the Diocese, chaired by Ven. Isuwa Garba, which took place at the Bishop’s Conference Hall, Wusasa. The Bishop also directed all Supervising Priests within the Diocese to ensure that their respective deaneries are well represented.
The statement was signed by Evang. Britto Kayode Samuel
Diocesan Communicator,
Wusasa Diocese.
According to information available on the DIVCCON portal:
“The Divine Commonwealth Conference (DIVCCON) is what can be likened to the biblical Shiloh for all Anglican Faithful in Nigeria. It is an annual national convocation of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion). The purpose of the conference is to celebrate our Christian heritage in an atmosphere that does not restrict participation to only delegates, unlike other gatherings such as Synods and Standing Committee meetings. ”
The 2025 Edition of DIVCCON is scheduled to take place from 10th to 14th November 2025, at the National Christian Centre, Abuja, Nigeria.
Theme: And the Lord Remembered 1 Sam 1:19
Registration is ₦6,000 per participant and can be completed online.
