Nnamdi Azikiwe University has announced the appointment Rev. Fr. Prof. Peter Chukwuemeka Agbonome as Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic)
This was contained in a press release signed by the Special Adviser to the Vice-Chancellor on Information and Public Relations, Dr. Emmanuel C. Ojukwu, which said the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Carol Arinze-Umobi, did the appointment.
In a formal communication addressed to Prof. Agbonome, the Acting Registrar, Rev. Samuel N. Ufoh, stated: ‘I am pleased to inform you that the Acting Vice-Chancellor has appointed you as the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), effective August 23, 2024, pending the appointment of a substantive Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic).’
Prof. Agbonome is from the Department of Architecture.
