
. . As Next Generation International School Holds 10th Graduation Ceremony

The proprietor of Next Generation International School, Ajalli in Orumba North LGA, Anambra State, Sir. Paul-Mary Onyejeli has assured parents and guardians that best educational practices would continuously be upheld in his school.
Sir Onyejeli stated this last Sunday, 21st July, 2019 at the School premises during the 10th graduation ceremony and send-off of 2018/2019 Academic Set of Next Generation International Schools while speaking on the mapped out plans of the school.
He explained that the reasons why Next Generation International School, Ajalli had been leading other schools in various competitions within Orumba North and its environs was due to the dedication of the teachers and educational practices in the school. He noted that the continuous observance of best educational practices since the inception of the school in 2008 was in line with the vision and mission of the Next Generation group of schools.
The disclosed that the school was established to partner with government in progress, saying that the school which currently performs better that most government owned schools in the community can triple its performance with assistance from public spirited individuals, government and parents.
He commended the parents for their commitment, dedication and devotion to the academic training of their children and urged them to carry on as their contributions to the academic training of their children. He stated that well trained pupils would contribute qualitatively in nation building. He vowed that the graduating pupils in the spirit of the school motto ’empowering the next generation’ would strive to be individuals with morals, ethical and religious values, intellectually competent, compassionate in serving others and capable of continuing self-development to meet the challenges in life and contribute to the society.
In an address of welcome, the School Headmistress, Mrs. Nchekwube Onwuka disclosed that the school’s 10th anniversary has been laced with various progress and thanked parents for their commitment and presence during the graduation ceremony, saying that such was a confirmation of their love to the children’s educational emancipation. She pointed out that the various milestones which the school has recorded over the years was as a result of the proprietor’s and teachers’ commitments.
She revealed that the graduation day was a day mapped out by the school management with the aim of promoting educational relationship among the stakeholders.
She highlighted the needs of the school to include the provision of White board and accessories, standard classroom desks, Audio visual screens, Award of scholarship and marching drums and uniforms. She appreciated some individuals for their various contributions which has contributed massively towards the growth of the school.
In a remark, the Chairman of the occasion, Rev. Kingsley Onu, applauded the performance of the pupils and urged the graduands to distinguish themselves from others anywhere they see themselves. He beckoned on the school management to work more on the moral training of the children to ensure holistic development of the pupils.
The PTA Chairman, Sir. Cyril Madu, extolled the creative initiative of the school proprietor and described Next Generation school as the pace setters in Orumba North and its environs. He explained that the availability of finance would enable the proprietor achieve its goal of transforming the academic environment of the school.
Some of the graduating pupils who spoke to Fides, namely Chukwudi Chisimediri, Chibuike Promise Nwachukwu and Ifunanya Onyejili described their journey in primary school as one filled with many outstanding memories and qualitative training geared at bringing out the best in them. They noted that many of the basic 6 pupils were over loaded with new facts and understanding for future endeavour and stated that Next Generation School was dedicated to growth and prepares the first building block for pupils.
The various brilliant activities performed by the pupils during the graduation ceremony includes dance, choreography, talk shows on various issues among others. Presentation of certificates was the highpoints of the celebration.
