He regretted that house members who had represented the constituency in the past had neglected people from Zone Four, leading to no government presence in the area.

Hon. Nwangwu who is also the National Treasurer, Anambra State Association of Town Unions (ASATU), decried the level of marginalization being faced by those from Agbudu, Onneh, Enugumuonyia, Umuomaku and Ogboji, known as Zone Four, and pleaded with Hon. He maintained that the abandoned project was the first to be awarded by the governor when he began his administration, noting that it handicapped the people from transporting their agricultural products to the sub-commercial communities around for effective marketing.

Francis Onyebuchi, noted that the massive support which the people from the area threw behind the new house member was in confidence that the representation would usher in a breath of fresh air in the area following the qualities possessed by the newly inaugurated member. He maintained that the PGs in South Constituency worked collectively to ensure that Hon. Nwafor, the APGA candidate was elected to ensure continuity of the democratic dividends of Governor Willie Obiano Administration.

He disclosed that most road projects in the area which had been approved and awarded to contractors by the governor had not been funded. He called on the new house member to legislate positively in order to attract funds required for the construction of the awarded road project. He beckoned on the house member to look out for ways to ensure the development of the area.
