The Mayor of Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State, Hon. Shedrack Azubuike (Mbeki), on Monday, 7th April 2025, at his humble abode at Udoka Housing Estate, Awka, celebrated the Primary Election Victory of Governor Chukwuma Soludo with the state Executive members of the APGA Solidarity Movement Worldwide (ASM) led by the National Convener, Hon. Chief Ebere Okafor, KSJI.
Addressing the APGA Solidarity Movement Worldwide Leadership shortly after hosting the ASM members, the Council Boss stated that he was overwhelmed with joy seeing the Governor emerged as the consensus candidate for the November 8th gubernatorial Election in Anambra State, noting that the Governor’s good works speak volumes and deserved to be given another tenure in office.
Hon. Azubuike, who described APGA Solidarity Movement Worldwide as a big family, emphasized that he would do everything humanly possible to ensure its sustenance and progress, expressing confidence that with current leadership, the group would continue to soar higher and higher.
He commended the National Chairman of APGA, Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa Jr. and the State Chairman of APGA, High Chief Barr. Ifeatu Obi-Okoye (Igiligi Global) for their collaboration and partnership, saying that the synergy between the two leaders have taken the party to another new dimension and given it a totally different look.
The number one citizen of Orumba South, urged Ndi Anambra, especially all members of the party to work assiduously towards achieving the 326/326 landslide victory for the governor, acknowledging that it is not yet uhuru for the party.
‘Let’s not relax at all. We will work to the very end. Let’s not rest on our oars. This is not the time to relax. We must continue to work until the governor is re-elected and declared the winner for the November 8th Governorship Election,’ the Executive Chairman of Orumba South concluded.
Appreciating the Mayor, the National Convener of APGA Solidarity Movement Worldwide, Hon. Sir Ebere Okafor said he was overwhelmed with joy seeing one of the major stakeholders of the group living up to expectations, calling on others to follow suit by supporting ASM financially and materially.
He thanked Honourable Shedrack Azubuike (Mbeki) for thinking it wise to celebrate Governor Soludo’s Victory with ASM family, applauding him for his usual support and contribution to the group.
Exchange of pleasantries, entertainment, music interlude, and group photographs formed the high points of the celebration.
