It was a gathering of who is who last Sunday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, GRA, Awka during the Thanksgiving Mass organized in the honour of the Anambra State Director of Security (SDS), Mr. Yusuf L. Isyaku who got promoted recently from office.
Speaking shortly after the Holy Mass, Governor Willie Obiano described the newly promoted Director of Department of Security Service (DSS) as a refined and dedicated security expert, noting that the celebrant had injected some level of professionalism in fight against crime and criminality in the state.
Governor Obiano while eulogizing Mr. Yusuf urged him to maintain the tempo, even as he donated towards the development of the Church.
In a their separate speeches, the honourable minister of Labour and Employment, Sen. Chris Ngige and the oil Mogul, Prince Engr. Arthur Eze described Mr. Yusuf as a true professional.
Responding, Mr. Yusuf expressed gratitude to God for the elevation and also for keeping him. He also thanked all those who came from far and near to felicitate with him.
