The Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Anambra State Council, Comrade (Sir) Humphrey Nwafor; the Chairman of National Union of Market Traders Employers of Nigeria (NUMTEN), Anambra State Council, and other labour leaders in the state on Tuesday, 24th September, paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the Anambra State Government (SSG), Professor Solo Chukwulobelu, in his office in Awka.
Speaking on behalf of others, the NLC boss thanked the number four citizen of Anambra State for his warm reception, saying that they came to fraternize with him and relay some of the challenges facing the workers in the state.
He commended the SSG for the way and manner he had piloted the office, saying that he had meticulously discharged his duties, describing him as a thoroughbred and a true technocrat.
Receiving the labour leaders, Professor Chukwulobelu appreciated them for coming to see him in his office and promised to assist NLC in whichever way he could, assuring them the Governor’s continued support and partnership.
