Muoemenam Attends ANSHA Majority Leader’s 6th Iri Ji Festival in Ichi

The President General of Umuoji Improvement Union of Nigeria (UIUN), Chief (Sir) Ifeanyi Muoemenam, Saturday, 6th September, attended the 6th Iri Ji Festival Festival of the Majority Leader of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief Ikenna Ofodeme, at his residence, Ofodeme Compound in Ichi, Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Speaking shortly after presenting gift items to the celebrant, the President General of Umuoji described Chief Ofodeme as a true son of Igbo Land, as well as a distinguished politician who had mastered the art of legislation and leadership, stating that he was in Ichi to felicitate with him and also to partake in his cultural exhibitions

Chief Muoemenam extolled the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, for developing all the state’s economies simultaneously, especially his agricultural transformation and revolution.

Receiving his guest, the Majority Leader thanked the community leader for identifying with him on his 6th Iri Ji Festival, noting that he was overwhelmed with joy having him and his entourage around.

Those who accompanied Ichie Chinechendo to Ichi included the Secretary General of UIUN, Chief Emeka Ray Egbueh; the Financial Secretary General of UIUN and the National Youth Leader of Umuoji Improvement Union of Nigeria (UIUN) Youth Wing, UYDA, Hon. Chudi Chukelu; Vice President of UIUN, Awka Branch and the Youth Leader of Uruegbe Youth Development Association (UYDA), Hon. Mmaduabuchi Onwumelu; the immediate past President of Asaba Branch, Mr. Chinedu Udo and the Chairman of UIUN  Education Committee, Dr. Uchenna Udegbe and the Public Relations Officer of UYDA, Comrade Chukwuma Amakaeze.
