The President General of Uke Development Union, Chief Peter Chibuike Onyejegbu, has described the first three years of Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, as one driven by focus and which has placed the state on the path of greatness.
Onyejegbu stated this while congratulating the Governor who last Sunday marked his three years in office with a Thanksgiving Mass at St Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral in Awka.
In a press statement he made available to Fides, the community leader stated, ‘On behalf of the entire late Chief Christian Chike Onyejegbu and the good people of Uke Ancient Kingdom, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, I rejoice with Mr. Governor, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, Odenigbo Ndi Igbo, on his three eventful three years in office as the People’s Governor of Anambra State.
‘Mr. Governor, your ability to transform Anambra State in just three years, without borrowing or being in indebt is truly remarkable.
‘You’ve set an unbreakable record of landmark achievements in infrastructure, youth employment, human capital development, and urban renewal.
‘These, no doubt, earned you the Sun Newspaper Man of the Year Award.
‘These three years have confirmed your capacity and capability as a prudent manager of resources and also steered the state on the path of greatness. You have remained very astute and focused, despite distractions. Congratulations on your eventful three years in office!
‘May the grace of the Almighty God continue to guide you as you take our dear State, Anambra, to the next level,’ Chief Onyejegbu prayed.
