The Convener of Ochendo Vanguard for Soludo, High Chief Inno-Posh Chikezie, has lauded Gov Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State on the successes of his administration.
Rising from a meeting of Anaocha Stakeholders in his country home in Ichida, Anaocha LGA, Chikezie said Soludo’s achievements had attracted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to visit Anambra and see for himself what the Governor has been able to do in three years, without borrowing a Kobo, but through financial prudence and discipline.
Inno-Posh Chikezie cited what he described as Soludo’s massive infrastructural developments, which, he said, had set Anambra as a homeland every progressive would be proud of identifying with, given what he described as the attendant social upgrade and revival.
Ide Ichida, as he is known, called on well-meaning Anambrarians not to position themselves as goods to be bought over by those he called marauding political merchants whose stock in trade was to buy power to be used in taxing the people to hunger. He described them as people without conscience who saw power as pure business of making money.
Aligning himself with the views of with High Chief Inno-Posh Chikezie, Sir Ossy Ozalagba, re-echoed Gov Soludo’s achievements in all strata of human endeavour, drawing attention to what he described as the Soludo’s pragmatic approach, which, he said, had earned Ndi Anambra the visit of President Tinubu.
Ozalagba described the development as a sure sign democracy at work and a feat which could only be possible when one had a dutiful and working governor.
In Appreciation, the meeting commended what it believed to be a symbolic visit of the President to Anambra, saying that, Indeed, Gov Soludo had made Anambra proud.
